Refund Policy
BY VISITING CARTNETICS.COM, YOU ARE CONSENTING TO OUR PRIVACY POLICY.
All payments for SalesProcess or for services provided via SalesProcess are in USD and are non-refundable. You can cancel your monthly contract at any time, but all previous payments are non-refundable and will not be pro-rated. All annual payments are also non-refundable and will not be pro-rated.
If you decide to cancel your SalesProcess membership, you will lose access to any and all data inside the app.SalesProcess.com ecosystem, which includes, but is not limited to; SalesProcess Funnels designs, SalesProcess Support Calls. You will be removed from the SalesProcess Facebook Group.
Refunds will not be granted outside these windows from the date of initial purchase, for any reason.
If you wish to cancel your SalesProcess subscription (including subscriptions for services) at any time, you must submit a cancellation request to us via our support email address support@salesprocess.com.
Invoices for SalesProcess can be requested at any time by emailing support@salesprocess.com.
A SalesProcess user is responsible for paying all sums due to SalesProcess in connection with their monthly or yearly subscription in accordance with these Terms. Every calendar month or year, your account will be charged up to the subscription fee plus applicable tax for the following month’s subscription, together with any other fees for the following month’s subscription plus any accumulated charges for the past period (collectively, “Fees”). Failure by the SalesProcess user to use any of the services available through the service provided by SalesProcess does not relieve the SalesProcess user of their payment obligations under these Terms.
Potential users can pay by credit card or debit card. Payment details shall be collected by us through our secure financial data collection mechanism. You acknowledge and agree that we hold data relating to the transaction, including the last four digits and the expiration date of the card used to purchase the products or services together with details on when payment is due. You further acknowledge and agree that payments are due on a recurring basis in accordance with the payment terms for the specific service purchased (unless the subscription is cancelled in accordance with these Terms) and therefore authorize the automatic payment collection terms applicable to that specific service (e.g., on a monthly or yearly basis and for a specific amount).
With your membership to app.SalesProcess.com, you’ll receive access to our exclusive SalesProcess-only Digital Assets, Training Materials, CRM Pipelines, and Funnel-related Data tracking tools. This access specifically includes, but is not limited to; SalesProcess funnel designs, SalesProcess Emails, SalesProcess Automations, and the SalesProcess Support Calls at no extra cost. We retain the Trademark and Copyrights on SalesProcess Funnel Designs. All of these materials are only permitted for use within SalesProcess, exclusively for current SalesProcess members only.
This means that everything inside the SalesProcess Ecosystem (app.SalesProcess.com) is non-transferable to any other SalesProcess ecosystem, or any other outside ecosystem or funnel builder. The use of SalesProcess training materials outside of SalesProcess membership or sharing of any kind without our consent is strictly prohibited. In addition, the SalesProcess Support calls are for current SalesProcess only.
If you decide to cancel your SalesProcess membership, you will lose access to any and all data inside the app.SalesProcess.com ecosystem, which includes, but is not limited to; SalesProcess Funnels designs, SalesProcess Support Calls. You will be removed from the SalesProcess Facebook Group.
1.4 Transferring of Ticket
In the event you are unable to attend the event that you have booked and paid for, you are eligible to transfer your ticket to a nominated new attendee, subject to written notification to us that includes the full contact details of the new attendee that you have nominated. This written notification shall be submitted to us at least fourteen (14) working days before the event date, an administration fee of USD50 shall apply.
Should you wish to transfer and attend the run of the seminar instead of the one you have booked and paid for, you are required to give written notice at least fourteen (14) working days before the event date, subject to approval by Smobble Pte Ltd.
